Andrea Arnold
Devotion – Supreme form of love; unconditional love.
Andrea Bertucci
Andrea is a yoga practitioner and teacher for the past 10 years. She was trained in traditional and spiritually based Hatha Yoga through the Sivananda lineage in India. She spent 2 years living in Indian ashrams learning the ancient yogic techniques as a student and teacher in the asanas (postures), pranayama (conscious breathing), kriyas (physical and karmic cleansing), meditation, Vedanta (yoga philosophy & lifestyle) and mantra chanting.
During her time in India, she was initiated as a Yoga Master from her Guru and has been given the name Annapurna, the one who nourishes the soul. She sees herself as a student of life and dedicates her spare time to studying Ayurveda and sattvic cooking, plant based medicine, healing through mantras and Vedic scriptures. Her life’s intention is to share the teachings and benefits of living consciously in peace and harmony with life to all truth seekers.
Kasha
After years of intensive practicing Kasha has had the opportunity to work with some very influential instructors in the yoga community. She’s studied with Raghunath Cappo, Sondra Loring in Hudson NY. Kasha’s passion has led her to Hot Power Yoga at Pure Yoga in New York with Tanya Bulton and Loren Basset. With her dynamic background, the incorporation of Aerial Yoga at Christopher Harrison’s AntiGravity Lab in New York City has allowed her to develop a very diverse and hands on approach to her personal yoga instruction. Studying under celebrity trainer Stuart Burton, founder of Stuart Burton’s Iron and Silk Fitness Center, is taking her application of alignment, power, strength and recuperation to the understanding that not many yoga instructors poses. In her class you will work on building heat, endurance, flexibility and strength at the same time working with breath-centered meditation to calm and focus your mind. Her creative sequencing is often built around Suyra Namaskar (sun salutations). Beginners are more than welcome.
“How do I live my practice in every moment of every day?’’
Discipline – Willingness to do the work and the desire to do so. In yogic terms this is also seen as a work of self-study. A surrender.
Charles Wharton
When Charles Wharton began practicing Yoga in 2005 he was unable to touch his hands to his toes. After many years of commitment to the practice he embraces Yoga as a lifestyle. He began teaching in 2009 and, in addition to being a RYT-200, has pursued certifications in Kids Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Restorative Yoga.

Since living in New York, she has continued to expand her offerings as a yoga teacher through her choreography and dance training, while studying other diverse movement practices rooted in breath, consciousness,
and alchemizing discomfort.
Rosie aims to strike the balance between discipline and surrender as an instructor. A steady, grounding pace provides the framework for a moving meditation and the embodiment of a flow state.
