Welcome! We ask new students to please fill out a liability release form. If you are recovering from an injury, or are pregnant, or have concerns about anything related to your first class, please contact the studio, to speak with the manager, or inform the instructor before your class. If you are more than two months pregnant, and do not have a long-standing yoga practice, it may be in your interest, and safety, to attend a prenatal class, to familiarize yourself with how to take care of your precious body during this amazing time. At the moment, we do not offer prenatal classes. Though we do plan on having them in the near future. Our goal is to help each other grow!
