Audio and Video Recording Services and Fees
ShapeShifter Plus provides professional live recording services to help you capture the essence of your performance. You can find samples of previous recordings here: www.shapeshifterlab.com/showcase
Here’s an overview of the available options and the fees involved:
General Audio and Video Capture: This will be a general capture of your show “as is” with no post-production work done whatsoever. You will receive a merged video file with a stereo mix of your show. The cost for this is $150 per hour set.
Audio Capture:
- Multi-track Audio capture at 96k, 24bit: Starting at a minimum of $250 per standard hour set (max 60 mins) with rates varying depending on setup and instrumentation.
- Recording to our soundboard/computer: max 24 channels, multi-track, using Ableton file format.
Video Capture:
- Standard Multi-Video Capture with multi-angle (currently 3 cameras with a minimum resolution 1080p at 30fps): $250 per hour set; audio stereo mix is included
Bundled Package
For those interested in acquiring both Audio multi-track and Video multi-camera recordings, we offer a bundled package at a rate of $450 per hour/set or per 60 minutes. If the set extends beyond 60 minutes, the rate will be prorated accordingly.
To ensure a seamless experience with our recording services, please take note of the following essential information:
Requested Deadline: All requests for recording services must be submitted at least 3 (three) days before your scheduled performance.
Payment Procedures: Payment is due on the day of your performance, either during load-in or after your performance.
Recording File Retrieval:
- Recorded files must be collected within one week from the date of your event. It is important to note that we will not retain copies of your materials once they have been securely transferred to you.
- Files will be delivered virtually via Google Drive and will be delivered upon payment completion.
Note: The audio and video capture services provided by ShapeShifter do not encompass editing, mixing, mastering, rendering, organization, or any other post-production tasks that may be essential for a fully polished project. If you require any form of post-production services, feel free to contact us.
The service fee is non-refundable, and payment should be made before the event date least one week in advance. Pricing subject to change.
